Barry in cord

I love and have worn my linen StyleArc Barry Pants loads.  As linen pant weather left us in Melbourne, I decided a wintery version of this pattern was required.

So if you were ever wondering if fine cord was suitable for the Barry Pant pattern, I can categorically say yes!

Wondering what I love about Barry?

  • The pockets… I used Liberty tana lawn for the pocket bearers to reduce bulk

  • The leg shape

  • The elastic paper bag waist… perfect for front tucking!

  • The back view is pretty good too!

  • And finally, the fact that I’ve sewn this pattern before and adjusted it to fit my unique body.
