Pattern: Pattern Fantastique’s Lucent Visor
Size: Custom fit hat band… with the option of three brim sizes. I sewed the largest brim size.
Fabric: Nani Iro Linen/Cotton blend from Tessuti and Kelani
Alterations: I unnecessarily widened the hat band. Don’t do as I do… follow the pattern!

This looks great (I didn’t see it earlier). I was recently looking at hats for running and the range of hats that look “normal” for running is so small, but also so poor at sun protection. This actually looks like it would keep some sun off. Also I like the customisable head size – I am not one-size-fits-all as far as hats go.
It would be the perfect running hat Kathleen. I’m also not a one size fits all when it comes to hats. My excuse is I have lots of brains!
