I’m sure you can understand why I was powerless when Liberty released this gorgeous seasonal floral print titled ‘Anna’s Garden’ in 2013.  Firstly, my love of Liberty is well known.  Secondly, the awesome print was derived from a 1971 scarf design.  I love a bit of history!  Thirdly, how about those colours?  This print came in three colourways, but this was the one that made my heart sing.  Finally, did I mention it’s called ANNA’S Garden?  Yep, it’s got my name on it!  Powerless… did I mention powerless?

So, when you pair a fabulous Liberty print with your favourite pattern, the Aeolian Tee Shirt Dress the result is one happy sewist.

When I’m re-using a pattern, I like to mix it up a little, so with this version I lengthened the sleeves and used visible binding on the neckline.
